5409 WEST STREET (South-West Side) No 29 SU 0931 5/145 II GV 2.

Early-mid C19. 2 storeys. (Possibly once a verger's cottage). Painted brick with flush stone quoins to left. Ground floor rendered. Slate roof with flat eaves. Large gable end chimney to left with a pair of diagonally set stacks.

The gable end is built of stone with coped verge and kneeler to street.

2 glazing bar sash windows on 1st floor. The ground floor has a glazed door and large multi-pane modern shop window. 2 storey extension to rear.
