Detached villa. Early C19. Stucco. Low pitched slate roof to eaves. 2 storeys.

3 bays to Cricket Green. Symmetrical with central square headed entrance beneath tented lead canopy supported upon plain reeded columns; painted wood valance, half glazed doors. Square headed windows, architraved to ground floor; sashes, glazing bars. Bowed return to left. Open bracketed eaves. Unaltered small house forming a conspicuous feature of London Road and the Cricket Green.
