BISHOPS WALTHAM BANK STREET - NORTH SIDE SU 55 17 9/33 Registrar, and Bank House II

Once a large block of three residential units, the two easternmost surviving as offices. Early C19. Western unit of stucco, with a low parapet having a plain cornice moulding, plinth and stone cills; the eastern part of yellow brickwork in Flemish bond, plinth, rubbed flat arches, stone cills, and a low parapet of brickwork with a wooden cornice moulding. Separate hipped slate roofs of low pitch. The east side is set back, and the facades are adjusted to the curving street: the western unit symmetrical of two storeys three windows, the eastern regular of two storeys four windows. Sashes in reveals. Plain doorway at the west with moulded canopy on brackets and 6-panelled door; the entrance to the east unit is at the west end, with a stucco architrave with arched head (and keystone), plain fanlight, and 6-panelled door.
