BISHOPS WALTHAM HIGH STREET - EAST SIDE SU 55 17 9/74 A.E. Jannaway GV II
House and shop. Early C18, early and mid C19 alterations. Walls of brickwork in Flemish bond with blue heads rubbed flat arches (with Coade keystone at the ground-floor), cement plinth. Tile roof, eaves cornice with mouldings and plaster coving. Symmetrical west front elevation of two storeys three windows.
Sashes in exposed frames. Early C19 doorcase, with cornice, panelled pilasters carved brackets, and 6-panelled (4 top glazed) door. The south side has a Victorian shopfront with cornice, decorative window heads, and shopdoor.
