Late C18/early C19. Facade rendered with pink roughcast. Steeply pitched old tiled roof - gable end faces road. 2 storeys. 1 window, sash with glazing bars.

Door with top panels glazed.

Nos 162 to 174 (even), the street boundary wall at No l74, Nos 182 to 190 (even) and No 196 form a group with Nos 169 to 175 (odd) the railings and gate at No 169 and the street boundary wall at No 171. (No 175 and No 196 are buildings of local interest).
