Roughcast facing with stringcourse and parapet with raised panel in centre. 2 storeys and attic with 2 gabled dormers. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. 2 ground floor bays flank former centre round arched doorway with semi- circular fanlight now converted into a window. Doorway now at the side of the house. Prominent position facing down the High Street.

Nos 3 to 39 (odd) and Old Claredon House form a group with Nos 2, 6 and 8, Nos 14 to 18 (even) Nos 22 to 26 (even) Rockstone House and Nos 5 to 11 (odd) The Old Lodge and Old Lodge Cottage High Street, Titchfield (Nos 14 to 18 (even) and Nos 22 to 26 (even) are buildings of local interest).
