5231 (North Side) Titchfield Nos 23 and 25 SU 5405 6/440 II GV 2.

C18. No 23 painted brick, No 25 rendered. Brick eaves cornice. Old tiled roof with large off centre and end chimney. 2 storeys. 2 windows each, sashes, No 23 with boxed frames, all late C19 glazing. No 23 has 6 panelled door, the top 2 panels now glazed, and small flat hood.

Nos 3 to 39 (odd) and Old Clarendon House form a group with Nos 2, 6 and 8, Nos 14 to 18 (even) Nos 22 to 26 (even) Rockstone House and Nos 5 to 11 (odd) The Old Lodge and Old Lodge Cottage High Street, Titchfield (Nos 14 to 18 (even) and Nos 22 to 26 (even) are buildings of local interest).
