House, now shop and offices. Dated 1737. Brick; hipped slate roof; brick end stacks. 3-storeys and cellar; 5-window range: 6/6 sashes under gauged brick flat arches with key blocks, stucco reveals, and stone sills with moulded cornices; moulded stone cornice; 3/3 sashes in similar settings over; moulded wood eaves. Central 8 fielded panel door and fanlight in panelled case with moulded architrave, under moulded flat hood and frieze on Doric pilasters. To left, inserted entrance replacing window, has C19, 2-leaf 8-panel door in beaded case, under moulded flat hood and frieze on Doric pilasters. Moulded ashlar plinth; grated cellar opening. Brick pilasters, with returns housing lead rainwater goods having heads with Salvey family crest and date 1737.
