House. Early C19. Whitewashed and plastered, slate roof hipped at right end, rendered brick chimney at right end. 3 storeys. 2 window front. 9 panel door on front at left under large rectangular fanlight. 2 ground floor C19/20 4-pane horned sashes. Similar first floor window above front door. 2 other first floor windows C19 12-pane hornless sashes. Second floor windows 12-pane hornless sashes. Small C19 6-pane light under eaves of hipped roof looks down the hill.
Interior not inspected. Forms part of group on east side of Old Post Office Hill.
