Plain reveals to sash windows with glazing bars, mostly replaced. 1st floor long windows to balcony with wrought iron rail over 1st floor band. Segment headed ground floor openings. 6-panel door with cornice head and fanlight with glazing bars.
Spearhead area railings.
The listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach form a group with Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
