1836. 3 storeys and cellars, 2 windows. Stucco with cornice and parapet. Plain reveals to sash windows with glazing bars, mostly replaced. 1st floor long windows to balcony with wrought iron rail over 1st floor band. Segment headed ground floor openings. 6-panel door with cornice head and fanlight with glazing bars.

Spearhead area railings.

The listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach form a group with Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
