GV II

Garden house. 1912. Designed with garden by T H Mawson for Sir H Herkomer. Built of brick with roughcast upper storey; cross-gabled plain tile roof; external brick stack to left gable. One storey. Arts and Crafts style. Small round-arched light in gable, above entry with triple keyblock to gauged brick semi-circular arch.

Raised brick impost band continued to raised brick pilasters; raised brick eaves band. Similar rear elevation; flat-arched entry to right. Interior: plaster panels with raised bolection mouldings; curved plaster vault to ceiling.
