House. c.1840. Stuccoed brick. Hipped slate roof. 2-storey 2-bay villa with entrance in extra bay set back to left. Moulded round arch to recess to door. Ground floor French windows with coved roof to verandah.

First floor cross windows with glazing bars. Moulded architraves. Stack to centre front. Extended to sides. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
