1625 (South West Side) No 80 (The Parade) No 82 (The Parade) (Formerly listed as Premises occupied by Edith Anderson and Peter Hicks ) ST 6316 1/214A 30.ll.71.

II GV 2.

Mid to later C19 front. 3 storeys and attic. 3 window bays. Tile gabled roof; 3 hipped slate dormers. Brick stacks. Plain parapet and moulded entablature. Rusticated quoins. Plastered front. Sashes. Two 3-storeyed canted bays, each light flanked by narrow semi-circular wood pilasters with bands of necking. Centre window on 1st and 2nd floors has moulded surround and keyblock. Moulded stringcourse between 1st and 2nd storeys.

No 80 has round-headed doorway without its fanlight tracery. 4-panelled door. Shop to No 80 has plain plate-glass windows in the canted bay; shop to No 82 has arched heads to the canted bay divided by long thin wood columns with Corinthian caps.

Nos 54 and 56, Gate, lamp and overthrow between Nos 54 and 56, The Methodist Church and Nos 58 to 82 (even) form a group.
