C16, extensively altered in modern times. 3 storeys with attics; timber-framed and plastered; tiled roof; top floor projecting 3 sash windows, later glazing bars; 3 C18 hipped dormers, The front is restored in an inoffensive Jacobean character. Modern shopfront. (RCHM 123).

All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
