5407 (East Side ) Southfield SU 1868 5/156 II 2, Cl8. Chequer brick. Some blue header diapering. West front rendered. South front dressed flint, with ashlar dressings. Hipped old tile roof. Tall brick stacks. 2 storeys and attics. 2 ranges of sashes with glazing bars. West elevation has stucco pediment on very elaborate late Cl9 terracotta consoles.
