GRUNDISBURGH THE GREEN TM 25 SW (West side) 2/83 Folly Cottage GV II House. C17 or C18. Timber-framed with colourwashed render and a pantile roof. Two storeys. Road front: projecting gabled wing at left which is single storeyed with an attic and has French windows to the ground floor and a 2-light casement to the first floor. To right of this the axial range has a door of 4 flush panels at left of centre immediately to right of which is a 2-light casement of C20 date (as is all the fenestration of the house). To right again at ground floor level is a window of 3 x 2 panes with a 2-light windows to the far right. To left of this is a 2- light window with cambered head. To the first floor are four 2-light casement windows. Axial stacks to right and a cross-axial stack at left with a further stack in the re-entrant angle between the main range and the left wing. The rear has additions of C20 date at ground floor level.

Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams to the ground floor and joists with exposed studded walling.
