GV II
House with cross-wing to north-west C17 with C19 alterations and additions. One storey with attics. Timber framed and plastered, steeply pitched slate roofs with decorated C19 ridge tiles. Tall central stack and two C19 stacks. Single storey gault brick lean-to parallel to street returning with hipped roof to north-west of cross-wing, with dentil brick eaves cornice. One attic casement window to cross-wing gable and three casement windows in lean-to. Main entrance with gabled canopy faces south-east. Interior shows original plan of C17 house with inserted partitions; timber frame intact at first floor with original side purlin roofs, stop-chamfered ceiling beams and sealed inglenook hearth.
