5/99 The Old Forge

GV II House. Probably early C19. Sandstone rubble and dressings, Welsh slate roof and brick ridge stacks. Two storeys. Three windows, 3-light mid- C20 casements with segmental heads to ground floor, gabled and glazed mid-C20 porch to left of centre. Attached to the left hand side is gable front, possibly of a former smithy, segmentally-headed window to left of centre in the ground floor and a central attic opening. Included for group value.
