II GV 2.
Circa 1830. Part of James Burton's Lay-out of St Leonards. Designed as one unit.
Stuccoed. Slate roof. 2 storeys and basement. Central pedimented 3 window block rising rather higher than the 2 projecting flanking wings. The wings have one arched window and one small rectangular window above. Central ground floor verandah of 4 Ionic columns supporting entablature, with iron railings to No 1. Above 3 1st floor windows in moulded architraves, centre blind with cornices. Sashes some with glazing bars.
Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group.
