Circa 1830. Flint cobbles with red brick dressings. Parapet cornice of brick cogging. 2 storeys. 3 windows in red brick surrounds with keystones. Modern top-opening-light windows. Central doorway with keystone and rectangular fanlight and glazed door. Slate roof.
