1. RAYNE ROAD 885 (North Side) BOCKING No 36 (Hill House) TL 7523 1/208 II 2. A late C18 or early C19 timber-framed and plastered house with a lower wing on the east end. 2 storeys. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with vertical glazing bars, in flush cased frames. A central doorway has a wood doorcase with moulded architrave and a cornice. Roofs tiled, the main block is mansard, steeply pitched with end chimney stacks.
