II GV 2.

House and shop. C18-19 4-storeyed ashlar with rusticated quoins. Moulded stone cornice with scrolled modillions. 5 sash windows, the centre one on the 1st floor having a pediment with scroll brackets. Modern shop front.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
