5280 Burlings Lane (West Side) Outhouse and garden wall to North of Burlings Cottage TQ 45 NE 41/608 II GV 2. Early C19 2-storey, 1-window outbuilding of flint rubble with red brick quoins and window dressings. Low pitched, hipped slate roof. 1-storey west extension.

Flint rubble wall, from outhouse to road, has alternating block red brick vertical bands at intervals.

Franklow, Buildings Cottage, and the outhouse and wall to Burlings Cottage, form a group.
