II GV 2.

One-storey range of buildings, flint laced with brick of mid Cl9 appearance, linking oast house and drying shed (qv) with Portlands cottage (qv) and running eastwards to complete enclosure of courtyard to east of drying shed. Moderately low pitched slated roofs. Pattern of hexagon in darker coloured flints on North wall.

Portlands, the Oast house and drying shed with attached walls, the stable buildings, and Portlands Cottage form a group.
