SU 91 NW GRAFFHAM THE STREET 18/12 The Village School and 2.3.73 Schoolmaster's House (formerly listed as School and Schoolhouse) II One building. Late C19. Attributed to G E Street. L-shaped building in Gothic style. The school is of one storey and built of flints with quoins, bands and dressings of red brick. Gabled tiled roof. Mullioned windows with horizontal glazing bars. The gable end is timber-framed with a large Gothic window. In front is a projecting timber-framed gable with a three-light Gothic window. To the right is the schoolmaster's house which is one storey and attic and has a timber-framed gable. Large chimney stacks with offsets at rear.
