1901. By R P Warren. In the Elizabethan style. Ashlar. 3 storeys and attic. The ground floor has shops with Tuscan columns. Central round-headed archway to rear with cast-iron gates. 5 windows to block, 4 and 5 light.

Canted 2-storey oriels on either side of central squared one. 5 gables, each with 3-light window. Gabled dormers, slate roof.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
