House, now offices. Early C18 with some late C20 alterations. Brick with tile roof. Two storeys with attic lit by two gabled dormers; bands to each storey, three windows: two glazing bar sashes, central window blind, all under rubbed brick heads with keystones; ground floor: flat roof on slender paired cast iron columns, two tripartite sashes flank the central entrance which has a wooden doorcase and a 6-panel C20 door. Interior not inspected.

This building occupies a prominent position in The Square, opposite the foot of Bear Hill.
