House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band, 1st floor sill band; top cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, glazing bars to 2nd floor windows. Entrance has Ionic aedicule (no pediment). Iron railings to area and steps have decorative heads. 1st floor iron balcony.
