Office building. 1864. Picton. Ashlar, 3 high storeys and basement, 4 bays. Basement and ground floor have granite Doric columns on pedestals, with arches between and steps up to side doorways, middle steps down to basement office.

Cornice above. 1st floor has round arches with hollow chamfer, cable mouldings, relief busts in tympana, Corinthian pilasters and rectangular casements. Large-paned modern glazing throughout. Top floor has 4 similar windows in rectangular architraves with shoulders and pediments.

Deep consoled frieze and cornice, gable stacks.
