ASCOTT-UNDER-WYCHWOOD SHIPTON LANE SP 21 NE 3/21 No 26 - - II Cottage. Circa 1700 eaves raised circa 1800. Rubble with Cotswold stone roof, brick chimney to left, C20 stone chimney to right. Gable end to road with one stair-light. Two storeys, 2 windows, slightly dormered on first floor, 2- and 3-light casements on ground floor with rough-hewn lintels, ledged door off-centre left. Lean-to extension to left.

Interior: right-hand room has chamfered main beam with raised stops, large plain fireplace and newel stairs to left.
