5104 (north side) Edgbaston B16 Nos 97 to 107 (odd) (Regency House) SP 0586 SW 37/2 25.4.52 II GV 2.

Terrace of C1825. Stuccoed; slate roof with wide eaves. Basement plus 3 storeys; each house of 2 bays. Ground floor with, on the left, the door up 5 steps over area and flanked by fluted columns oval in plan and with floriated capitals supporting an entablature above which a fanlight. To the right a window within segment headed shallow recess. Band at first floor level with windows slightly narrower than those below. Second floor with almost square windows. All windows sashes with glazing bars, those of the ground floor with marginal glazing bars too.
