Cottage with attached outbuildings, now part of dwelling. C18.

Dressed limestone, thatched hipped roof to cottage, pantiles to former outbuildings, brick stack. Two-storey, 1-window cottage, single storey outbuildings. Planked door to left, cottage has 3- light casement to ground floor and 2-light leaded casement to first floor, converted outbuilding to right has two C20 three-light casements. To right is gabled cart entry with weatherboarded gable and single storey outbuilding beyond with C20 three-light casement.

Rear has C20 flat-roofed extension and C20 casements. Cart entry has 2-bay queen post roof with curved bracing from main post to tie-beam. Interior not accessible at time of survey (July 1985).
