Farmhouse. Early C19. Squared and coursed limestone, slate roof. Plain gabled block with single storey service wing back, left. Two storeys, 3 windows, 16-pane sashes; central gabled porch to glazed door. North gable end has 16-pane sash top left. Back has 16-pane above service wing, then central 20-pane over a 2-light glazing bar casement and to right a 16-pane over 2-light casement; a 2-light C20 steel window and a door inserted between windows 1 and 2. Left return has 16-pane over C20 glazed door; two large gable brick stacks.

Extension to left not of special interest.
