Shop with dwelling. Early C19. Limestone ashlar facade, brick to the rest, truncated brick stack to right return. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Flat arches with flush keystones, 2 courses high. Coped parapet with the ends stepped forward above the rusticated quoins, a fine projecting cornice returned to the right, broken to the left and cill band to the second floor. Plate-glass windows without horns to the upper floors, C20 shop-front. INTERIOR not inspected.
