House. Early C19, C20 alterations. Rendered and scribed as ashlar, low pitched hipped slate roof, wide eaves, 2 brick stacks. Symmetrical. Two storeys, 1:1:1 bays, centre breaks forward slightly; 16-pane sash windows except 12-pane sash window to centre of first floor, stepped voussoirs. Broad central semi-circular head opening to ground floor, forming a porch, emphasised keystone, C20 glazed infill, C20 door; inside a coved plaster ceiling, half glazed inner door.

Forecourt with cast and wrought iron railings, central gate in conforming style.
