Farmhouse. Late C18, early C19 additions. Local Flemish Bond brickwork, triple Roman tile roof in 2 parts, that to left with coped verges, 2 brick stacks. Two storeys, left half of building with an attic, 2:1 bays; to left 2 and 3-light casements, each with a horizontal glazing bar; to right 16-pane sash windows, that to ground floor set flush, brick voussoirs above each window. Door opening virtually central, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed, flat wooden hood on 2 brackets. Single storey outshut to each side of frontage; to left in brick, pantile roof,; to right coursed and squared rubble, double Roman tile roof. Casement with glazing bars to each; to left double plank doors, to right stable-type plank door.
