Farmhouse, now house. Late C18/early C19. Limestone ashlar front, rendered rear, plain tiled roof with gable stacks. 2 storeys and 3 windows, all sashes, central panelled and glass door in moulded surround with flat stone hood on brackets; rubble plinth, band course above ground floor windows, parapet and coping, single storey lean-to to right. Right return has single storey attached outhouse with door and partially blocked window. Rear has 1 storey wing and 1 storey rear extension continuing the slope of the main roof to right.
