Mid Cl9 but in a C17 vernacular manner. Long range of 5 bays with one further one to left over carriage arch. Coursed rubble with slate roof. Six sash windows above, 4 below, C19 sashes, one tripartite. Modern door with keystone and flat hood over. Segmented carriage arch with impost blocks and carved spandrels.

Brick ridge stacks.
