3 Terraced Cottages. Late C18. Render with stone copings and pantile roofs.

U-shaped plan with 2-storey, 4-window range parallel to road and 2 rear end wings either side of rear courtyard. Windows are 6-pane, 2-light C19 casements: that to upper left-hand projecting into eaves line. 2 gabled porches on wooden posts with plank doors to roadside elevation and similar porch and door to right-hand side elevation. 2 brick ridge stacks, 1 right-hand end rendered stack. 12-pane sash fenestration to right-hand side elevation. The cottage row derives its name from a brook at the rear.
