Semi-detached pair of houses. Dated 1911. Coursed and squared limestone with ashlar dressings; gabled pantile roof with brick ridge stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 4-window first-floor range. Facade in Domestic Tudor style with label moulds over plank doors with chamfered stone architraves and over mullioned windows with chamfered stone surrounds; 2-light outer first-floor windows flank double-gabled centre with 3-light windows. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
