Semi-detached villas. c. 1845. Yellow and brown stock bricks set in Flemish bond with stucco dressings; Welsh-slate hipped roof with bracketed projecting eaves, and centre stacks. Side-hall entrance plan with staircase. Two storeys, basement and attic; 2 windows each, including narrower 1-window recessed entrance bay. Three-storey full-height brick pilasters articulate inner bay. Steps rise to prostyle Ionic portico in outer bay: doorway with pilaster jambs carrying corniced-head, original 2-panelled door and rectangular overlight. Gauged brick flat arches to sashes. Ground-floor 2/2 sashes with margin lights, set in gauged-brick elliptical-arched recesses linked by stucco impost bands. Ground-floor sashes with original cast iron window guards in palmette pattern. Stucco sill bands to upper storeys. First floor full-length sashes; attic with sashes to entrance bay and to inner bay. Attached cast-iron railings.
