WINFORD CP CHURCH ROAD (north side) ST 56 NW 3/121 Unidentified and Shire Monuments in churchyard, 4 and 10 metres north-west of tower, Church of SS Mary and Peter

GV II

2 Chest tombs. Late C18. Limestone. Unidentified monument dated 1764 with moulded base, cyma recta slab, bulbous angle pilasters and coved inscription panels to either side. Heraldic cartouche to west end. Leaf sprays in spandrels of panels, incised lettering eroded. Shire monument of similar date and form but with plain inscription panels.
