Circa 1850, single development. Five pairs of similar villas and one single one (No 30) at the N end. Stuccoed facades, hipped slate roofs. 2 storeys. Each pair is 6 windows; the outer window bays, containing the kitchens, are set back with long-and- short quoins at their outer edges. Floor band. Square Tuscan porches, some altered. Half-glazed doors with round-headed lights (Nos 24, 28, 30 altered). Sash windows with moulded architrave surrounds and sill brackets. No 30 has central porch and a recessed bay on S. The houses have staircases with unusual claw terminals. Modern garage to No 14.
