GV II

Model farmhouse, c 1834, and probably built for Manchester Estate. Gault brick, painted with hipped, tiled roof and dentil eaves cornice. Side stack. Two storeys.

Double fronted with range of 5 flush frame hung sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway with flanking pilasters and moulded cornice.
