LITTLE PAXTON HIGH STREET TL 16 SE (SOUTH SIDE) 3/16 No. 35 (ST JAMES' COTTAGE) GV II
Early C18 pair of cottages with shared central ridge stack and lean-tos. Now one dwelling. One storey and attic. Thatched roof, half-hipped to East. Painted brick with dentil eaves cornice. Four, two and three-light casement windows in segmental arches. One blocked doorway and one plank door.
Interior has stop chamfered ceiling beams.
