2. Georgian. Square building with level parapet all round, and gable end to George Street. 3 storeys and attic. Moulded cornice. Main door (No 71) in centre, panelled with a fanlight, and with doorcase of fluted half- columns and cornice. Plain doorway to No 72. 1 16-parted sash window on ground floor, 2 12-paned and 16-paned windows on upper floors (1 on top floor blank), and centre long staircase window. Stroll window in top attic.
Scotch Street facade has 1 sash window on each floor.
