Farmhouse. Late C17. Roughcast stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, with lower 2-bay part to left. Dripstone to 1st floor. Double-chamfered cross-mullioned windows, those to ground floor with label moulds, continuous to 1st 2 bays. Central entrance has decorated lintel with initials: 'RAM'; C19 panelled door. Gable-end stacks. Part to left has 2 entrances, one up steps, and small window to 1st floor; return lean-to extension with C20 casement. Rear has gabled wing, has small stair windows; C20 casement window to left. Lower part to right has C20 casements to ground floor and small 1st floor windows.

Interior has ovolo-moulded beams. Staircase has turned balusters, missing from 1st flight, square newels and moulded handrail. Fireplace with bressumer, spice cupboard and fire crane. Lower part said to have upper cruck truss.
