GV II

Semi-detached house. WBH/1717 on datestone on west side. Flemish bond brick with stone quoins, hipped tiled roof, brick stacks.

Entrance front faces churchyard. Two storey, 4-window front.

Four-panelled door in heavily moulded architrave with broken segmental pediment, 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to left, blocked mullioned window and 2-light mullioned casement to right. First floor has plat band and four 2-light mullioned casements, the centre two are blocked. Left return has 4-pane flush sash in moulded architrave and 2-light mullioned casement to ground floor, first floor has plat band and two 2-light mullioned windows, one of which is blocked, moulded datestone between. Right return has C20 lean-to extension, partly rebuilt in earlier footings. Attached to rear of Raymond Hall (q.v.). Interior said to be altered.
