House, formerly one of the cottage homes built by the Leicester Poor Law Union in 1884. Architect I. Baradale. Brick and Welsh slate roof. Cruciform plan. Similar design to numbers 2, 7 and 9 The Drive but the plan and elevations have been handed with the result that the main entrance is on the right hand side of the projecting bay with a catslide roof on the left hand side. Same window and chimney details.
