1854 (date on hoist). Double range adjacent to Bolwing Dyke Mills. Possibly designed by Roger Ives. Six storeys. Hammer-dressed stone. Slate roof. Windows with sills, reglazed. Modillion cornice with blind attic articulated by pilaster strips. Third storey windows at north end separarated by rusticated pilasters. On west side a lavatory tower with round headed windows similar to that on C and D Block. Attached on east side cast iron gatepiers with half columns at main entrance to site.
